RESERVATION POLICY:

$5.00 PER PERSON BOOKING FEE:
All orders include a $5.00 per person "Booking Fee" that is always non-refundable except when the trip booked is canceled by bus2win.com / bingotrips.com LLC.
RESERVATIONS:
Bus Seats are only reserved and confirmed through advance pre-paid reservations. When mailing your payment, please allow ample time in advance as Bus2win.com / Bingotrips.com LLC is NOT liable for any transit delays. If unsold seats are available on the day of departure, "Walk-Ons" must pay by cash, prior to boarding the bus.
QUALIFICATIONS:
All trips to any casino are marketed and intended for adults, 21 years old, and older. Adults, who are between 18 & 21 years old, can still book a trip with the full understanding that many casino events / activities exist that are prohibited to those who are under 21 years of age.
ALCOHOL:
Due to our lease agreement with the motor coach company, the bus driver has the right at any time to immediately eject any passengers caught with open-alcohol on board the coach, and deny the boarding of any passengers who are deemed intoxicated. There are NO REFUNDS, NO EXCEPTIONS, for violations of this policy.
BOARDING:
Patrons, who have prepaid reservations will be boarded first, then if unsold seats still remain, adults with no reservations (i.e. "Walk Ons") will pay in cash, and allowed to be boarded.
SEATING:
Seats are now assigned on a first come, first served basis, based on your seating preferences when ordering. If you require special seating arrangements, please note them, in writing, with your reservation.
DISCLAIMER:
Unless otherwise noted, all single day bus trips operate with minimum of 40 paid bus seats. In the rare event that bus2win.com / bingotrips.com LLC cancels, we will issue a full 100% refund, including any booking fees, issued within 14 business days after the cancelation.
LIABILITY:
To allow the bus to remain on it's timetable, you must arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time. We are not responsible for any delays, extra expenses, or other inconveniences caused by the weather, traffic conditions, highway repairs, any alcohol policy violation, missed connections caused by the patron, or acts of God.
SATURDAY 04 / 21 / 2012 CASINO BUS DAY TRIP REFUND POLICY:
The $5.00 per person "Booking Fee" is non-refundable.
CANCEL BY FRIDAY 04/06/2012 = Full Refund - $5.00 per person booking fee.
CANCEL AFTER 04/06/2012 = All sales are FINAL = No Refunds.
"No Shows" on the departure date = No Refunds, No Exceptions.
GRATUITIES:
The customary gratuities to the charter bus driver, and our tour staff are completely voluntary.

What types of bus trips do we offer ?
We generally promote day trips on select weekends during the Spring, and Fall, to regional casinos in New England.
What types of bus trips do we offer ?
Most bus2win.com casino bus day trips are scheduled to accommodate a High Stakes Bingo session. Players must purchase their Bingo admission package directly through the casino. Please note that the bus will NOT wait for you if your Bingo Session does not end before our scheduled departure time from the casino.
Why are prepaid reservations required or strongly recommended ?
Due to limited seating on the bus, a prepaid reservation is your best guarantee of avoiding any disappointment as "Sold Out" trips commonly occur.
What happens if we don't have the minimum paid bus seats required to operate the trip ?
The trip will be canceled, and you shall get a 100% refund issued within 14 business days.
At the last minute, could a trip be canceled due to bad weather ?
We will reschedule whenever the motor coach company determines that the road conditions are unsafe anywhere along the route.
How about weather related delays ?
Our schedule is based on normal driving time, travel conditions, and extra time needed at each departure location. Delays may occur on any trip. Historically, our travel delays have been 30 minutes, or less.
